Course Description: A transformative guided journey designed to help you break through subconscious barriers and reprogram the patterns that have been holding you back. Using the powerful practice of NeuroAlchemy, this course blends neuroscience, mindfulness, and energetic principles to create lasting shifts from the inside out. Making a Mental Movie module, you’ll engage in a guided meditations and reflective practices that explore: 4 types of consciousness: Conscious - here & now Sub-conscious - your inside observer, it's very receptive Super-conscious - your higher self, your oversoul Collective Conscious - quantum field; all is one In a conscious state, you focus on HOW to do things; tasks, goals, 3 dimensional things. We will focus on the sub-conscious mind. It is the long-term programming that operates outside of time, space, dimension or size. There are two ways to access your sub-consciousness: 1. Alpha waves - when your brain is relaxed, but not asleep (meditation, creating art, making music, etc) 2. Theta waves - when you are asleep We want to reprogram or update our programming, how do we access these Alpha waves? Through feelings & emotions; it's called the mind-heart coherence.
